Who We Are

This website is run by Can.Indigo Solutions Inc., with offices in Mississauga, Canada and Muscat, Oman. For any question about your information, email admin@canindigo.ca.

What We Collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, email address, company (if you give it), the service you are interested in and your message. If you email or call us, we receive what you send or tell us.

How We Use It

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your agreement.

Who Sees It

Our own web server emails your enquiry to our team; no outside form service handles it. To stop the form being flooded with spam, the server keeps a coded (pseudonymised) form of your IP address, uses it for nothing else, and deletes it once an hour has passed, when the next enquiry comes in.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep normal business records.

Cookies and Tracking

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. The first time you visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. Until you accept, nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, kept for up to two years) and records the pages you view, how you reached the site, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. That information goes to Google, which may process it in Canada, the United States and other countries; as with any website, Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google keeps the underlying data for no more than 14 months. We use the reports only to improve this website, and the tracking code has Google’s advertising features turned off.

You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Choosing Decline there stops the measuring and removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

Apart from that, this website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. It stores your cookie choice in your browser, and one more setting if you choose to pause animations, so that both are remembered. The videos on the About and Healthcare pages play from Vimeo: nothing is loaded from Vimeo until you press play. The player then runs with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting on, and, as with any website, Vimeo receives your IP address and browser details.

Your Choices
